Samson Memorial Education society is a registered organization with the government of India under the society’s registration act of 1860 Republic High school was started in the year 1949, by Rev K.K. Samson, who was a missionary and had the insight of educating the poor by giving them education free of cost. Till the year 2000 the school had classes till STD 7th. Samson Memorial Education Society was formed only in the year 2001, though the school is recognized by the government of India, the school has been declared as permanently unaided and does not receive funds from the government or any other financial institutions. After getting the approval from the government for high school STD – 8th was started in the year 2001 the first batch of students appeared for the state board exams in the year 2003 since then we have achieved 100% results in the board exams. The school has students mostly coming from the lower section of the society and the students are given education at a very nominal fee. Most of the parents who send their children to our school fall under the below poverty line (BPL) We follow the syllabus as guided and provided by the Board of Education - Maharashtra State
